25th Anniversary

This project centered on an interactive video booth designed and built by POSTmatter for the Dazed 25th Anniversary party in partnership with Calvin Klein. Celebrating 25 years of existence, Dazed organised an event referencing the heydays of night-clubbing and the likes of Area and Studio 54, famous for their hedonistic parties where artists created happenings and temporary installations.

A stack of vintage CRT television sets displayed a live feed of guests, allowing them to observe themselves from various angles in real time. Simultaneously, a large-scale projection distorted the video stream through a feedback loop, creating a backdrop within the booth.
